More Natural Wrinkle Reduction
Looking for a way to remove lines and wrinkles from your face?
Do you have crow’s feet that make your face look older or more tired?
Are lines on your cheeks making you feel uncomfortable in your own skin?
A PRP Facelift is a non-surgical solution that lets you remove fine lines and wrinkles using your own blood.
You won’t need weeks or months to recover, and your new look will last for several months. And you don’t need to inject artificial fillers in your face.
PRP Facelifts are completely unique, and use your body’s own healing abilities to restore a youthful look to your face.
With a PRP Facelift, Dr. Cohen draws a small amount of blood from your arm, processes it, then injects it back into your face. It usually takes less than an hour, and is much less expensive than surgery.
Your face will look younger and more attractive without any chemicals or surgeries. Not only will you look younger – you’ll feel it, too.

A PRP Facelift is a non-surgical procedure that tightens your facial features using your body’s own healing mechanisms.
First, Dr. Cohen extracts some of your blood and processes it to remove most of it’s contents. After processing, all that remains is a fluid called Platelet-Rich Plasma, also known as PRP. This fluid contains a very high concentration of your own platelets. These are your body’s natural tissue repair system.
Once the PRP is extracted it is injected into your face. Here, it does the job it always does – repairs the skin. Since Dr. Cohen targets the areas it should repair with precision and expertise, the damaged tissue of your face will heal and plump the skin.
The end result is that fine lines on your face are minimized, using your own body’s natural healing ability.
Both a PRP Facelift and PRP Facial are available at Dr. Cohen’s office. In a PRP Facelift, the PRP fluid is injected into the target area, similar to a filler.
In a PRP Facial, the PRP is not injected fully into the target area, but is applied to the skin using micro needling with a device such as the Dermapen.
PRP Facials stimulate skin improvements just like the PRP Facelift, but the effects are not as powerful.
The main difference is that a PRP Facelift is a non-surgical procedure that can be done within an hour. The recovery time is minimal, and it can have a significant impact on the appearance of your face, lips, and eyes.
A regular facelift is a surgical procedure that can permanently change the look of your face. With a facelift, midface lift or brow lift, you can reposition and reshape cheeks, eyelids and eyebrows to have full control over your new look. This level of control is not possible with PRP treatment, or any other kind of injection.
The entire process will take about an hour. It will take about 20 minutes to extract and process your blood, and about another 30 minutes to apply the treatment.
The PRP facelift has been called a “lunchtime lift” because the recovery time is minimal. Your face may be red after your treatment which goes away after a few hours. In some cases, there will be redness and bruising, but that usually goes away within 2-3 days.
Since it will take time for the PRP to work at the injection site, you will see an effect around 3-4 weeks from the time of treatment.
You can expect to undergo 3 sessions for best results – one session per month.
You can expect PRP treatments to last 12 months or more. For best results, Dr. Cohen recommends that most patients come in for a refresh every 6 months or so. This will allow the growth and healing factors of PRP to keep your face looking it’s best through the years.
